At ASCALAB, we build tailored software solutions for fintech, banking, and regulated industries. We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact projects, work closely with clients, and shape how we do delivery for our clients.
What You’ll Do
Your responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex software development projects.
- Work with clients to define goals and manage expectations.
- Coordinate development teams (Scrum, Kanban).
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and risks.
- Align technical and business priorities.
- Contribute to internal process and product improvements.
What We Expect
Requirements:
- 15+ years in IT project management, 5+ years as a senior PM.
- Experience leading software development teams.
- Technical understanding of software development and architecture.
- Background in fintech, banking, or insurance.
- Fluent in Slovenian, proficient in English.
- Bonus: experience in product strategy or early-phase product ownership.
